Cancellation Policy

If you need to make a change to or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

After this timeframe, your order may have already entered processing or fulfillment, and we may no longer be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

If your order is successfully cancelled within the 24-hour period, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take care when packaging our products to help ensure they arrive safely.

An item is considered damaged if the product itself is defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to the shipping or product packaging, such as a dented or crushed box, does not qualify as product damage if the product inside remains in good working condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at thefifthsurface@gmail.com and include a clear photo showing the damage.

Once we review your request, we will determine whether the item is eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds, replacements, or returns for products damaged as a result of normal use, ordinary wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

This can include delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, transportation disruptions, or other issues that may occur while your package is in transit.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we are not notified within this timeframe and the order has already entered processing or been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement or refund.
